Biography

I am an experienced trial and appellate attorney. I graduated from Seattle University School of Law and the University of Washington. I have extensive experience aggressively representing clients in final-stage litigation for a broad range of personal injury claims.

Some cases take more fight than others, so I will take your case as far as it needs to go to get the best possible outcome. My appellate experience began as an extern for Justice Charles Wiggins of the Washington Supreme Court, then continued with unanimous victories before the Washington Supreme Court and the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I.

I hold one of the largest Plaintiff verdicts in the nation regarding premises liability in 2020. I am an EAGLE member of the Washington State Association for Justice and have presented on challenging biomechanical defense experts. I have conducted state court trials in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Additionally, I have represented plaintiffs in Multi-District Litigation trial work in federal court which required representation across the US.

Often labeled as a true believer, I have not only successfully represented personal injury clients, but I have also been one myself. I fight this fight because I understand the frustrating and overwhelming nature of the system when you just need to get on with your daily life. I also understand how pain and injury can affect every moment of your day, and how important it is to repair your quality of life through compensation.
